The Founder's Vision

The Kiboswa Students Forum was founded by Mr. Noah K. Rotich, a visionary educationist with over 35 years of experience in shaping young minds.

Inspiration Behind KSF

Mr. Rotich identified a critical need for a structured platform where students could address not just academic pressures but also navigate the complex social, moral, and personal development challenges of modern adolescence. His vision was to create a transformative forum that fosters community, shared responsibility, and collective growth.

A Legacy of Impact

With distinguished service in Kenya's education sector, including roles as Deputy Principal, Dean of Student Welfare, and Career Master, Mr. Rotich has mentored generations of students. KSF represents the culmination of his life's work - extending his legacy of inspiring excellence, discipline, and self-awareness to a broader student population.

Noah K. Rotich

I am a seasoned educationist and youth mentor with over 35 years of transformative service in Kenya's secondary school education sector. Trained at Kenya Technical Teachers' College (1988-1991) with a Diploma in Technical Education (Accounting and Economics), I have served with distinction as a teacher, mentor, and administrator in both public and private institutions, culminating in my retirement from the Teachers Service Commission in April 2023.

Throughout my career, I held key leadership roles including Deputy Principal (Academics), Dean of Student Welfare, Head of Department, and Career Master. I have also served as a games master, PTA member, and hockey coach, leading teams to national competitions in 2002, 2006, and 2009. My educational leadership was recognized in 2009 when I was awarded the Nandi North Sub-County Teacher of the Year (TOYA).

Beyond formal education, I have contributed creatively and socially, designing school logos, composing the Itigo Girls School anthem, and founding the Kiboswa Students Mentorship Forum. My expertise includes Effective School Supervision, Trauma Counselling, Psycho-assessment, and Career Development, and I have facilitated numerous student and staff development seminars.

Today, I focus on motivational speaking, career guidance, and capacity building, delivering transformative talks to students, teachers, parents, and non-teaching staff. My passion lies in inspiring excellence, discipline, and self-awareness in young people while supporting schools in leadership development, character formation, and peer mentoring programs.
